Terms

The Store is only available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are not at least 18 years of age, you must have the permission of your parent or guardian to use the Store.

When using the Truckers-vs-Everybody Store, you are given the option to create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

When you purchase a product or service from the Store, you agree to pay the price listed for the product or service. You may be required to provide additional information, such as your shipping address, in order to complete your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

We will ship your order to the address you provide when you place your order. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or damage that may occur during shipping.

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales and items purchased using sale codes. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a refund if sales tag is still intact.

All content on the Store, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not use any of this content without our prior written permission.

We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the Store or the products or services sold on the Store.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Georgia.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

All notices and other communications under these Terms will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:
